We are seeking a Junior UX/UI Designer to join our team in munich and help us create engaging and intuitive digital experiences. In this role, you will work closely with our Senior UX/UI Designers to design and prototype user interfaces for various digital applications. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and translate them into design solutions. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with a passion for designing beautiful and functional interfaces.
Your responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and design solutions which meet the user's needs
Design and prototype user interfaces for various digital applications
Create wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes to communicate and test design concepts and solutions
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
Your qualifications
Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a digital agency or start-up environment
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and user-centred design principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Fluency in English and preferably also in German
Applicants living in Munich are preferred
