Senior UX/UI Designer
We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to shape exceptional user experiences with us.
Job description
We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team in Munich and help us create engaging and intuitive digital experiences. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll lead design projects, mentor junior team members, and drive user-centered design across complex and innovative solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to influence the strategy and shape how we deliver outstanding experiences to our users.
Your responsibilities
Lead and execute design projects from concept to delivery.
Plan, conduct, evaluate, and analyze user observations, job shadowing, heuristic evaluations, and usability tests.
Conceptualize design services and processes.
Create user-centered interface designs based on requirements tailored to specific user groups.
Develop prototypes and high-fidelity mock-ups.
Advise on compliant documentation in Germany, the USA, and internationally (e.g., according to IEC 62366-1 and FDA standards).
Expand your expertise in usability testing and medical technology.
Represent Innuxo at internal and external meetups, trade shows, and conferences.
Your qualifications
Master's degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer in complex digital products, preferably in a digital agency or start-up environment.
Strong expertise in user-centered design, usability testing, and design systems.
Experience with prototyping tools, UI design software, and design frameworks such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in medical technology is a plus.
Ability to mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Fluency in English and German
